It's November already! Where did the time go?!  Things have been going great for "Alex and Tony Learn to be Gentlemen." All of the acceptance and positive feedback has been very encouraging.  The second book is underway, and I'm working with the same great illustrator (

The "Alex and Tony Learn to be Gentlemen" Book Launch (9/25/11) was extremely successful! To receive support from people and for them to react so favorably to this book makes me feel really good! The word SUPPORT is but seven letters but the impact is tremendous!  **I want "Alex and Tony" to go global and printed in other languages! It's possible. **

The "Alex and Tony Learn to be Gentlemen" book launch will be held in Mobile, AL on Sept 25 (detailed information under "Upcoming Events" in the sidebar).  As this event draws near, I encourage everyone who is capable to donate! Not solely for the book launch, but for other books, events, and etc. related to the success of the Alex and Tony series as well.

The book  ("Alex and Tony Learn to be Gentlemen" which can be ordered here  )  came earlier this week and both Dia and I received ours on the same day.  I think using the word "excited" to describe how we both felt on that day is an understatement.

It's always been a dream of mine to write books.  I can remember stapling sheets of paper together as a child and creating stories or other creative writing works.  As I got older, my childhood hobby never died, but took a backseat to "life"...school, work, parenthood!  However, making time for what was once an enjoyable hobby always remained a priority.
